20 Days of Prayer Day 2 "Yet Once More"
"Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens." This phrase, "yet once more" indicates the REMOVAL of things that are shaken – that is, things that have been made – in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable WORSHIP, with reverence and awe – for our God is a consuming fire” (Hebrews 12: 26 – 28).
Father, I thank you that what YOU have given to me is an unshakable inheritance, that can never be lost or stolen, but is ever increasing and has no end – the Kingdom of God! I thank you for the privilege of being your child, because YOU are the best Father I could ever have. YOU are well able to supply everything I need. Help me to stay focused on what can never fade away. Reset anything in my heart that is not in the position of my affections that You want it to be. Reorder and Reprioritize my affections so that once again I can "Seek first the Kingdom, and Your righteousness." I thank you for the promise that when I do this, "all else will be added unto me." I give you all praise and thanks for tenderly taking care of me according to your design. Amen
