40 Days of Prayer Day 27 "God Singing Over Me"

“You are my strength and my song; He has become my salvation” (Psalm 118:14 NIV).

Lord, the song You sing over me has become my strength and my salvation. In the darkness, I turn to You.  I can hear the whispers of Your wings and the murmurings of Your soft voice.  My heart quickens as I realize it is a song of love You sing over me.

I weep to know I am undeserving of all You do for me.  “One day,” I tell myself, “I might be a source of joy for You.”  Until that day, Lord, please don’t give up on me.

You are the source of my strength.  I know You use all things for good. Please bolster my spirit as it seeks You.  Meet me in the darkness and restore me, for You are my salvation.
